Our return policy is simple and hassle-free.  Call customer service at 1-800-777-6500 or email us at customerservice@HodesCo.com with the original invoice number and the items you need to return.  That's all.  We'll arrange for pickup if the return is due to our error.  Please include a copy of the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) with the items and your credit memo will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  A minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged unless return is due to our error.
