Bin Management

To Install Bin Management Application.

1. click on bin management link above and save file to desktop.

2. When file is finished downloading double click on it or choose run.

3. a folder should be created on the desktop called bin program. open up the folder and right click on datawedge.exe and choose copy.

4. with the handheld docked and on your pc go to "my computer" and double click Movile Device>my pocket pc>application> right click in this folder and choose paste and say ok.

5. in this same folder right click on datawedge.exe and choose copy. then press back then go to windows>startup> the right click and choose paste shortcut.

6 next hit back and go to the "start menu" folder. right click on Active Sync and choose delete, then right click on windows media and choose delete.

7. then right click and choose paste shortcut. change the name from shortcut to datawedge.exe to just datawedge.exe.

8. next go to the "bin Program" folder on your desktop then into the setup files>Step1 - Pre-requisites> folder

9. double click on setup click NO when asked to install .net compact framework.

10. say OK and say YES to install microsoft sqlce 2.0.

11 say ok and when asked to install "socketscan" click cancel then click ok

12 now, in the step 1 folder click back then double click on step two and the double click on setup.

13. say yes the say ok.

14. now go back to my computer>mobile device>my pocket pc>windows>start menu>Programs and right click on bin management app and choose copy.

15. hit back and right click and choose paste.

16 you can now undock the handheld.

17 On the handheld go to the start menu and choose bin management program

18 choose setting from the bottom of the screen.

19 choose "bin id" then "All Combinations" and save

20 then choose settings again and "connection"

21 Fill in the following

22 Than say OK at the bottom

23 then close the program by saying OK in the top right program

23 go to the start menu and choose datawedge.exe

24 click on the triangle in the bottom right corner of the screen. and choose config and setup. click the box the says "send enter key after suffix" and say ok.

25. click the triangle again and choose config>codes. click on Param on the bottom and click on "supplemental mode" untill it says "Auto". then say OK

26 Now dock the handheld and start the bin management app

27 Choose Batches from the bottom the the screen and choose create batch on server. and create your batch.
